Open 24 hours a day, we provide an exclusive boutique fitness experience in an inviting, elegant environment.
Advanced personal training is also available. All personal training programs are created with expertise by Level Three trainers. Your program begins with an initial assessment that includes a comprehensive medical testing, medical/family history, and functional movement screening. Then your selected personal trainer guides you through your customized program.

We are a join by referral only company. After you submit your name, home address and current photo ID we put that information out to our existing members and staff. If any of our existing members or staff accept you, you will be allowed to join. Active non reserve military members are always accepted. If you are active military, submit a military photo ID. We also accept first responders, police and fire rescue.
FAQ
​All appointments require confirmation utilizing payment. Cancelations without a 24 hour notice will result in full charge for the missed appointment.

Photos and videos are not allowed in the gym. Use of lighting equipment, tripods or other such items are prohibited.

Guest may be admitted with staff approval and during staffed hours.

We operate 24 hours a day to all members (excluding guests).
​​
Children (all of those under 18) may only use the gym during staffed hours.​
​
Once a yearly membership has expired it will become a month-to-month payment plan.
